Aloha Friday Photographs: A view from Hideaways Seashore Path, Kauai

Bieke’s picture was taken from the path to Hideaway Seashore in Princeville, Kauai. What a fairly scene searching over the coral reefs and past!

Greater than twenty years have handed since we braved the steep, slippery path right down to Hideaway Seashore. The hike left us each with scrapes and bruises, and, reality be instructed, it was a little bit of a daunting expertise. Although the small, secluded seashore was neat to see, we each puzzled if the chance was well worth the effort.

Out of curiosity, I regarded for some latest stories of this path. From this video we see that the path has been improved considerably with grime stair steps carved out of the cliffside and twine hand rails. None of that was in place once we hiked it. Even with the enhancements, this path just isn’t with out danger, particularly after rain.
